I had a wonderful stay at a self-catering preferred suite at Paradise Lodge And Bungalows. The property was well-maintained and had a pleasant atmosphere. The suite was comfortable and well-equipped for self-catering, with helpful advice about local shops and restaurants. The balcony with a mountain view was a lovely bonus. The staff at reception was friendly and provided plenty of helpful information. I highly recommend this hotel. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The cottage style accommodation was very appealing and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Great for 2 couples to share and have some privacy. Spotlessly clean, with a Keurig machine, coffee, cereal bars, and porridge packages provided. Beautifully kept grounds, with a small patio in front to sit. Coin laundry on-site. The bungalow was adorable, with a big bed and a sofa bed for kids. The bathroom was spacious and supplied with nice soaps. The flowers throughout the grounds were magnificent. It was a great launching point for hikes and visiting Moraine Lake.
Felt safe walking at night, nothing was too much trouble.

Loved the cozy and comfortable cabin we stayed in during our Christmas vacation. It was clean and well furnished, with tea and coffee replenished daily. The staff at the reception were friendly and gave us great recommendations for our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to Lake Moraine, allowing us to catch the breathtaking sunrise. The fresh air and beautiful views added to the overall experience.
The arrangement of the room was a bit inconvenient, as the main bedroom was next to the walkway and doorway. This resulted in being woken up by noise from other guests.

The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, and it was such a treat to wake up to that every morning. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Loved that they provided linens that were exceptionally clean. The location was also convenient, just a short drive away from the lake, allowing us to take advantage of the free parking during certain hours.
The room charge was a bit on the higher side for what was offered. The furnishings in the room seemed outdated and worn.

The service at this hotel was outstanding! The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing excellent suggestions for tourist activities. The room servicing was impeccable, with the staff even checking in on us before finishing for the day. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the mountain views were absolutely breathtaking. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, making it convenient to travel to all the attractions in the area.
The only downside of the hotel was the noise from the traffic on the main road. Since the hotel is located on the main road, we could hear the police blowing their whistles to lead traffic, which started early in the morning and continued throughout the day.

We stayed at Paradise Lodge And Bungalows for our wedding at Moraine Lake. The Temple Suite had a beautiful view of the mountains and enough space for all of us to get ready comfortably. The staff even dressed up a moose teddy in a bridal outfit, which was a funny and cute surprise. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to Lake Louise and avoid parking hassles. The suite was bright with a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
